Nystagmus

Definition

Rhythmic, oscillating motions of the eyes are called nystagmus. The to-and-fro motion is generally involuntary. Vertical nystagmus occurs much less frequently than horizontal nystagmus and is often, but not necessarily, a sign of serious brain damage. Nystagmus can be a normal physiological response or a result of a pathologic problem.

Now What?

Two steps up and two steps down
Mind your feet and don't you frown
Turn to the right
Step up light
Turn half circle
Move some muscle
Now face forward
Walk a step backward
Turn to the right
Jump with all your might
Now bend down
Swooping low
Give your right thigh
A glancing blow
Tilt your left shoulder
Make the move bolder
Rotate your neck
Move it like a snake
Swing your hips
Pout your lips
I'm out of breath
Staring at death
This aerobics
Is truly terrifics
