Nystagmus

Definition

Rhythmic, oscillating motions of the eyes are called nystagmus. The to-and-fro motion is generally involuntary. Vertical nystagmus occurs much less frequently than horizontal nystagmus and is often, but not necessarily, a sign of serious brain damage. Nystagmus can be a normal physiological response or a result of a pathologic problem.

My team won!

My team won!
My team has won the soccer match
Let Red and Yellow rule!
As proudly our trophy we carry off
The opponents stand and drool

Mighty passions run amok
As loudly we do cheer
We score they score we score too
Till the outcome's really clear

We scream out loud
Proclaim our feat
Our opponents glower and mutter 'unfair'
And grimly gnash their teeth

For revenge is stirring in their blood
They've got to win next time
But we don't care we are engulfed
In Victory's joys sublime.

We won, we won and that's what counts
Forget those wretched stats
The seesaw's up for us right now
Hurrah! Hurrah! Congrats!
